OPEN POSITIONS

We are seeking a friendly, dependable administrative professional to join our team part-time. Responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, entering patient information, facilitating patient check-in and check-out, handling payments, informing patients about financial responsibilities, ensuring compliance with HIPAA privacy and security regulations, maintaining electronic health records as required, verifying patient insurance coverage and supporting general office administration tasks.

Qualifications and Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft computer applications, multi-task oriented, ability to work with the team in a fast-paced environment and must be flexible and dependable. Required education: high school or equivalent. Required experience: 1 year administrative / front office experience.

Part-Time Hours: 2-3 days per week (8am-6pm), up to two weekends a month (Saturday: 9am-1pm; Sunday: 2-5pm) and rotate holidays.

Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour.

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team full-time. The Medical Assistant (MA) is responsible for conducting patient triage by asking all necessary questions to accurately assess patient needs. The role involves performing clinical tasks such as taking vitals, administering immunizations, performing finger/heel blood draws, starting IVs, and catheterization. Additionally, the Medical Assistant (MA) will assist healthcare providers with examinations, procedures, and other direct patient care tasks.

Qualifications and Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in computer skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are a must. Medical experience in pediatrics with vitals, immunization administration, finger/ heel blood draw, IV start, cath, etc: 1 year. 

Full-Time Hours: 4 days per week (8am-6pm), up to two weekends a month (Saturday: 9am-1pm; Sunday: 2-5pm) and rotate holidays.

*SIGN-ON BONUS – Up to $1,000 for candidates hired between July 15 – August 31, 2025.
