Using the “Locate” or “Find” tool, search for one of our providers.

STEP 3

Verify that at least one of our providers accepts your specific insurance plan.

Sometimes verifying your insurance can be tricky, especially after the introduction of the Affordable Heath Care Act. Remember, even though your insurance company may state that we accept your insurance, we may NOT accept your specific plan. It’s always best to contact your insurance company if you are unsure.
