• Disable the pop-up blocker on your device.

  • Be certain to select “allow” when your device asks permission to use your camera and microphone.

  • Before your e-Visit, check to make sure your audio and video are working on your device. If you have issues, restarting your device will fix it 99% of the time.

  • Be sure to have a backup device should you have issues.

  • You will be asked several questions at the beginning of the visit. Please check-in a few minutes early to complete them.

  • If you need something to complete the e-Visit (like a test),  your doctor will coordinate that with you.

  • During the e-Visit, your doctor may determine that a face-to-face visit is required.
